How much does shipping cost?
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders within the USA. For our customers in Canada and Puerto Rico, we charge a flat $14 shipping fee. Please note, at this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations. We're continuously working on extending our services, so stay tuned!
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our goal is to get your new jewelry into your hands as quickly as possible. For standard shipping within the USA please expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email complete with tracking information. This way, you can follow your jewelry's journey from us to you! If you have any issues or questions, our customer happiness team is ready to assist.
Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely! We understand that sometimes things change. Whether you want to switch to a different color, update the shipping address, or even cancel your order, we're here to help. You have 12 hours from placing your order to make any changes. Please contact our customer happiness team as soon as possible, and they'll do their best to accommodate your request.
My order is delayed. What should I do?

A: We process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we have received your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the transaction to appear in your account.

What is vermeil?
Vermeil is a high-quality gold-plated jewelry made with a base of sterling silver and coated in a thick layer of real gold. It's a wonderful, high-quality alternative to solid gold.
What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals, typically copper. This blend enhances the durability of pure silver, making your jewelry last longer.
Why are Emivia necklaces hypoallergenic?
Our necklaces are hypoallergenic because they're made from sterling silver and gold vermeil, materials known for being safe for sensitive skin. We take great care in choosing materials that minimize the risk of allergic reactions, allowing you to wear our pieces comfortably and worry-free.

Please note, for orders shipped outside of the USA, customs or import duties may apply once the package arrives in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
